Kimberly A. Chandler earned her law degree at University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law (2001) and a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University (1990). She was previously employed as an international procurement manager with an emphasis on the negotiations of contracts and financial analysis. Mrs. Chandler’s 20 years of business and litigation experience, coupled with her ability to create and implement practical solutions for even the most difficult legal problems, allows her to obtain efficient and timely results for clients.

Mrs. Chandler represents Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Debtors in matters before the bankruptcy court and is also experienced in the litigation and enforcement of Debtors rights in federal district court in matters related to abusive practices of creditors in debt collection matters.
