With over 15 years of litigation experience, Kimberly K. Dotson has fought for a wide range of cases including consumer fraud, negligence, violation of consumer protection statutes, professional negligence and misfeasance, complex commercial contractual disputes, insurance and securities fraud, civil rights violations, bankruptcy, and complex family law litigation.

Kim has obtained million-dollar verdicts for her clients and has extensive courtroom and mediation experience. She is an honored member of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Association for Justice, and also serves on the Advisory Board of Terra Advocati, advocating for species protection and resource preservation.

Kim grew up in Hinton, West Virginia, before graduating from Hollins College with honors, receiving a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Literature. In 2002, she received her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
