Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University in 1992 and received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1996. She is admitted as a lawyer to the New Jersey and District of Columbia bars.

As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Kim concentrates on handling personal injury and malpractice claims utilizing the state-of-the-art courtroom technology. Outside of her work in the law firm, she frequently gives legal lectures on Automobile Insurance and the Verbal Threshold/Limitation on Lawsuit Option.

In Monmouth and Ocean County, Kim serves as a civil arbitrator, or a lawyer who assists accident victims in resolving personal injury claims outside of the normal legal process. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, Monmouth County Bar Association, and Ocean County Bar Association. Currently, she practices out of the law firm’s Howell and Forked River offices.

Kim is married, has two children, and lives in the Jersey Shore area.
