I am an experienced lawyer who dealt with wide range of projects – from small start-ups’ legal issues to twenty million dollars closings. I started my career in the international law firm, doing transactional and litigation work including advocating multijurisdictional matters. I have a record of various projects and currently, most of my clients are software developers and original equipment manufacturers, blockchain startup owners, investors etc. Delivering innovative solutions to seemingly intractable challenges and extensive legal research to avoid potential pitfalls are paramount to my practice.

I am an active member of New York City Bar Foreign and Comparative Law Committee, an author of more than a dozen publications, and licensed to practice law both in New York and in Russian Federation. Additionally, I am a winner of numerous prestigious awards including a Fulbright Scholarship.
