Kirk is one of the founding partners of Bloomer Russell Beaupain. He has many years of practicing experience in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Business Law & Management, Corporation Formation and Dissolution, Family Law, Divorce, Parental Rights & Custody, Protection From Abuse, Real Estate & Land Use, Contract Disputes, and Personal Injury.

Kirk is a native of Hermon, Maine and spent several years prior to law school working for a local auto dealership. Kirk brings a tremendous amount of real world experience to his daily work as one of Bangor’s more seasoned litigators. The courtroom is Kirk’s natural domain and his experience is priceless. When Kirk isn’t working on a case he spends his leisure time with his family in Canada and at his cabin in Argyle.
