Konstantine "Kosta" Demiris is actively involved in the Contra Costa County legal community and Bay Area.  His practice centers on elder law, elder abuse, conservatorships, will and trust litigation, general civil litigation, HOA litigation, and appeals.  He has a wealth of trial experience and has successfully litigated several multi-million dollar cases. He has successfully defended all nine decisions in his clients' favor that have been appealed.

Kosta is a member of the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Bar Association's Elder Law Section.  He serves as court-appointed counsel in Conservatorship cases in Contra Costa County.   In 2015 he was elected President of the Contra Costa County Barrister's Section.
