I am an engineer and approach the law with the benefit of an engineers’ analytical prospective. 

Some cases must be done on a hourly fee basis and those we treat under the traditional model. However, there are cases that should be taken on a fixed fee or contingency and we do. 

Once a retainer has been agreed to, we Will agree on a plan of attack and have monthly reviews on progress and next steps
