My name is Kris Skaar, and I am one of the founding attorneys of Skaar & Feagle, LLP. At Skaar & Feagle, LLP, we realize that many of our clients are already struggling to make ends meet. Therefore, we offer telephone consultations at no cost to the consumer.  When appropriate, we also offer a limited document review (by scan/email or by fax) to determine if we can help. Our firm will NEVER charge a consumer any amount to try to determine if we can help.  

Additionally, in most cases involving the FDCPA, FCRA or other affirmative consumer claims, Skaar & Feagle, LLP is compensated by "fee shifting" - which means that the other side is fully responsible for paying the legal fees.  In these cases, the consumer does not have to pay anything out of their pocket.  In a defense case (where the other side started the case against the consumer), we generally will quote a flat fee for our services in the entire case through settlement or judgment.  Often we can accommodate clients with reasonable payment plans.
