Krista McCarthy grew-up in Arizona and has explored a vast majority of this state on the back of a horse. Krista grew up riding and competing in rodeos, and ultimately attended college with the aid of a rodeo scholarship. Krista’s competitive edge and belief in the “under-dog” led her to a career in the law, specifically litigation. 

Krista has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2009, and has focused her practice on representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants involved in civil litigation; primarily negligence claims.  Krista has first-chaired multiple successful jury trials, and has litigated claims involving a variety of issues ranging from simple negligence to complex insurance bad faith.
