Kristen Gonzales Roberts focuses her practice on civil litigation in San Diego, California, with a specific emphasis on business, employment, and intellectual property litigation. Roberts represents local businesses in defending against wrongful termination actions, discrimination claims, employee disputes, and EEOC claims. Further, Roberts has experience handling real property litigation, premises liability actions, and also handles trademark litigation matters both before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Roberts actively serves on the San Diego Lawyers Club Lawyers without Courtrooms Committee, Reproductive Rights and Advocacy Committee, and Networking Events Committee. Additionally, Roberts serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Empower Charter San Diego, a newly approved charter school in San Diego, which touts a Spanish Immersion program to produce bilingual, bi-literate students, in addition to offering an inquiry-based, fitness centered educational program, accessible to all of San Diego county.  Roberts is passionate about the need for cross-cultural edification and rectification of the current childhood obesity epidemic. Roberts is also a LRIS Intellectual Property Panel member and San Diego County Bar Association member. 

Roberts graduated from Scripps College for Women with a degree in Music and an emphasis in vocal performance. Roberts earned her J.D. Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she was a Notes Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. She is licensed to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
