Attorney Kristen Beightol has spent most of her career representing people across the nation who have been catastrophically injured due to the negligence of others, most especially in the area of medical malpractice. Other areas of litigation experience include personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, nursing home, trucking, premises liability, and insurance coverage. While she’s spent most of her career representing those who have been injured, she has also represented insurance companies, businesses, and individual defendants in medical malpractice, nursing home, insurance coverage, and trucking litigation. Kristen has also represented governments across the nation in litigation against online travel companies, specifically to recover unpaid taxes on hotel and rental car reservations. She graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in journalism and mass communication. She obtained her law degree from Campbell Law School in 2001.
