Krystal Alanis is a Partner at Reddy & Neumann, P.C.  and acts as the Managing Attorney of the Firm's PERM Labor Certification Department, where she oversees all EB-2 and EB-3 employment based green card matters. Through her many years of experience in this field, she is able to assist her clients with confidence and recognize any potential pitfalls that may arise. She also guides employers and individuals through the I-140 and Adjustment of Status process, assists clients with non-immigrant visa petitions (e.g. H-1B, TN, L-1, etc.), and advises her clients on I-9 compliance issues.

Krystal’s blog provides information on a variety of employment based immigration topics, including the latest news and updates impacting high-skilled , Krystal has been a speaker at the University of Houston Central and the University of Houston Clear Lake, where she discussed the many options available to international students beyond graduation. Krystal is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and HR Houston.
