Ksenia is an experienced divorce attorney and has been practicing law in New York since 2008.  Ksenia's primary expertise lies in the area of family and matrimonial law and child abuse defense litigation. She represents clients in complicated, high asset divorce cases and in family-related matters including but not limited to child support, child visitation, child custody, family offense, and family abuse or neglect proceedings. Ksenia has successfully defended child care providers falsely accused of institutional abuse or maltreatment of a child in administrative proceedings at the Office of Children and Family Services in New York. Ksenia is a Russian speaking divorce attorney and is highly respected and recognized in the Russian speaking community. Her emphasis is on delivering cost-effective and successful outcomes in the resolution of disputes for her clients. She has appeared for clients in State, Federal and Administrative proceedings in all five boroughs of NYC.

Ksenia has devoted significant time working pro bono in both Kings and New York County Supreme Courts and volunteered for the Russian Children Welfare Society and Russian Center in New York.  She has devotedly served the Eastern European Community of New York City and helped many people with obstacles they faced as immigrants.  In 2009, Ksenia successfully organized a group of volunteer attorneys to assist Russian women in need in a variety of legal matters including domestic violence, custody and child support. 

Ksenia is interested in arts, culture, history and social studies and she immigrated to New York from the Russian Federation in 2004. She is fluent in Russian and German.
