Kurt was born and raised in Kaysville city and graduated from Davis High School in 1996. Kurt has lived in Davis County the majority of his life and enjoys helping others on a daily basis. Kurt specializes in the areas of Contract Litigation, Criminal Law and Family Law, handling all family law issues with an emphasis on matters involving Child Custody disputes.

Kurt has five children of his own and seeks to understand each one of his clients, not only as a client but as a parent and/or unique individual. Kurt possesses a broad understanding of the legal process, which he has acquired through working with the firm and those around him, as well as through the time he served as an intern Law Clerk for the Court, and as a volunteer representing victims of domestic violence. Kurt's insight and understanding of the law and legal process helps him obtain favorable results for his clients.

Kurt is a very capable, dedicated attorney who has helped many clients obtain their desired results in paternity & custody actions, simple to more complex divorce cases, adoptions, contract disputes, and criminal as well as juvenile court matters.
