Henderson is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association, Hocking County Bar Association, Athens County Bar Association, and Vinton County Bar Association.  He is past Hocking County Prosecutor, former Assistant Hocking County Prosecutor, past President of Hocking County Bar Association, present member Ohio State Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
