Kylie is a South Dakota native.  She graduated from Drake University School of Business in 2002 and from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2008.  After serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for South Dakota’s Fourth Judicial Circuit, Kylie joined Viken Law Firm as an associate in 2009 before joining with Linda Lea Viken to form Viken and Riggins Law Firm.  She practicing exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations Law for about ten years before forming Riggins Family Law, Prof. LLC.  Kylie has established herself as a tenacious advocate who will work tirelessly to obtain the best possible results for her clients.   
   
Kylie is licensed in state and federal court and is a member of the American Bar Association and the South Dakota Bar Association.  She serves on the Family Law Committee for both organizations.  Kylie served as the President of the Pennington County Bar Association in 2017 and was formerly the Seventh Circuit’s liaison to the Young Lawyers Board of the State Bar.  When not practicing law, Kylie is active in the Rapid City community and serves as the  President of the Zonta Club of the Black Hills, a community representative on the Head Start Policy Counsel and as Vice Chair of the 7th Circuit Casa Board of Directors.
