Industries I have worked with: information technology, engineering, healthcare, research and higher education, security professionals and entertainment. Visa categories E1 & E2, H1, H3 Trainees, J exchange students, J1 waiver, L and O for professionals, F1 reinstatement and OPT, O & P - Athletes and artists. Help is frequently offered to Visitors, temporary protected status, Humanitarian parole.

Family based immigration: Permanent residence based on marriage and other family relationships including parent, sibling or child relations with age out complications, fiance`(e) visa and naturalization and acquisition of citizenship.

Initial filing or responding to request for evidence, preparation and representation at USCIS interviews and also immigration appeals. Advice to attorneys with criminal and family law matters on immigration consequences.

Specialities: Indiana attorney professional rules do not permit attorneys to claim specialization in a practice area without a specialty certification and Indiana does not provide specialty certification in Immigration Law. I primarily concentrate on Immigration law based on Family Immigration, Employment Immigration and Business Immigration.
