She represents individuals and businesses in connection with purchase and sale and leasing transactions in both the residential and commercial context. Lana advises homeowners associations in matters related to corporate governance and property management issues. She also represents several real estate developers in the area, advising and drafting documentation in support of a wide variety of development projects.
