She has also counseled business clients in the commercial finance industry, including banks, financial institutions, and borrowers, in matters involving term loans, revolving lines of credit, acquisition financing, construction loans, syndicated loans, asset based loans, mezzanine financing, refinancing, recapitalization and other debt and equity financial arrangements.
