Formerly an engineer with Apple in Silicon Valley, Larry is registered as a Patent Attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Larry’s practice encompasses prosecuting and litigating patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He also handles e-discovery, opinion work, licensing, Inter Partes Reviews, Ex Parte Reexaminations, and Trademark Oppositions and Cancellations. He further protects his clients’ interests through careful drafting of non-disclosure, content development and licensing agreements, assignments, and Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies for websites.

In addition to intellectual property matters, Larry has represented clients with regards to commercial disputes and other legal issues.
