Laura Rodríguez represents both employees and management in all aspects of employment law. Ms. Rodríguez has handled hundreds of employment cases including individual, collective, and class action lawsuits in the state and federal court systems. She also represents employees and employers in the negotiation of severance agreements and non-compete issues, as well as the investigation and litigation of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims before city, state, and federal government agencies. Furthermore, Ms. Rodríguez has experience working as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School where she taught an employment law course exploring issues of wage theft on a local and national level.

Ms. Rodríguez is a native Spanish speaker and is proud to regularly represent immigrant workers whose rights have been violated. She has significant experience representing clients entirely in Spanish and values the opportunity to provide high quality legal services to individuals that are often overlooked and exploited in the workplace. Ms. Rodríguez also provides legal advice to business owners who are seeking to comply with labor law requirements but need assistance to understand the legal nuances and implement best practices.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ms. Rodríguez served as an AmeriCorps volunteer and worked as a high school teacher and administrator in the Boston Public School system.
