Ms. Sutnick is a highly experienced criminal trial attorney who has successfully defended individuals accused of crimes and serious offenses. She is a fierce advocate who makes certain that every client receives the best and most effective defense for their case. She is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney.

Ms. Sutnick is an officer of the Bergen County Bar Association and currently serves as its First Vice President. She is also the co-chair of the Judicial Selection and Judicial Performance committees. She regularly represents the Bar Association at events statewide.

Ms. Sutnick was a trial skills advisor at the Cardozo School of Law Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and was a coach for the Northern Valley Demarest Regional High School Mock Trial Team.

For many years, Ms. Sutnick was a guest commentator on Court TV offering her expert opinion on high-profile televised cases.
Ms. Sutnick began her legal career at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where she was a senior trial attorney.
