Biography
Laurene Cuvillier is an attorney who is a partner in the Tucker, Georgia, law firm of Goldberg & Cuvillier, P. C. Her primary area of focus within education law includes representation of all students with disabilities who seek accommodations from schools, colleges and universities, and standardized testing agencies. In public elementary, middle, and high schools, she represents students with disabilities in IEP and Section 504 meetings and appeals. She also represents students with disabilities who attend private schools when they need accommodations for their disabilities. For college and university students, Ms. Cuvillier represents undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students with disabilities who seek accommodations for their disabilities.
At all school and college levels, Ms. Cuvillier represents all types of students, disabled and non-disabled, in school disciplinary hearings. She also does appeals of school disciplinary hearings. She is often a speaker on the subject of school disciplinary hearings and accommodations in schools for students with disabilities.
Ms. Cuvillier represents students of all ages and at all school levels who need accommodations on standardized tests, such as the SAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, NBME, and other similar important tests.
