I am an experienced Family Law Attorney and Certified mediator who has had more than 20 years handling family law cases in Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, and Berks counties.  I handle all family law cases including custody, support, divorce, and adoption.  I use my mediation skills in how I approach all of my cases.  I have also been appointed as a mediator for the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County.  I previously practiced with one of the top family law attorneys in Chester County, Madeline H. Lamb, Esquire.  After she passed in 2012, I joined Giannascoli & Kent, P.C. which is now Giannascoli & Thomas.  When Giannascoli & Thomas stopped the active practice of law in June of 2022, I started my own firm.  I am an owner with Laverty, Abele & Russell, LLC.   We are a small but highly experienced law firm with an experienced support staff.  My focus with my family law clients is to help my clients get through a very difficult time with a focus on how to successfully get to the other side of their family law matter. I also believe in putting the children first and do all I can to minimize the impact of a divorce upon the children. 

I was voted one of the 2020, 2021 and 2022 Best Lawyers in Main Line Today for Family Law.  In 2021 and 2022, I was voted best in Chester County for Family Law.   In 2017, I was voted into public office.  I am very proud to now serve as a Township Supervisor for West Bradford Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
