Larry Kimmel is the Managing Partner of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O’Neill, P.A., Delaware's largest law firm that exclusively handles personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. His practice is primarily focused on personal injury, workers’ compensation, nursing home neglect, and construction accidents. 

Larry is a Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) member and a former chairman of the Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He is a past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (DTLA), as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and American Association for Justice (AAJ) (formerly ATLA). 

He has received numerous professional honors and awards, including the Delaware State Bar Association's Young Lawyers Distinguished Service Award for 2014, membership in The National Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100, and an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Larry was also included on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Delaware in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, an honor that is bestowed upon less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. In November, 2015, he was selected by his peers in the legal community to be one of the 118 attorneys on Delaware Today magazine's annual "Top Lawyers" list.
