I provide personal planning and tax counsel to clients who may benefit from sophisticated planning techniques. I have extensive experience in a range of tax and estate planning issues, including planning for business owners and entrepreneurs, and for married, unmarried and same-sex couples. My focus is on my clients' overall individual and family needs and I assist clients in achieving their personal planning goals through effective wealth preservation, minimization of federal and state income, estate and gift taxes, facilitating tax effective transfers of family-owned businesses and real estate, transfers of inter-generational wealth, and structuring tax-effective charitable donations.

I also represent fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates. I oversee preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns, represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service and handle a wide range of probate matters including administration of estates and guardianships in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
