Lawrence E. Fuentes was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1973 and has been engaged in the general practice of law in his native Tampa since that time. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1970 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1973. Mr. Fuentes has more than 35 years legal experience in the practice of law with a concentration in real estate, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts, business law, and general civil litigation. His legal memberships include the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He was an executive editor of Stetson Law Review in 1973, and published "Florida Wrongful Death Act: A Liberal Interpretation," Stetson Law Review, 1972. Mr. Fuentes is a Martindale-Hubbell® AV® Peer Review Rated™ attorney and has been listed in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™ since 1998.
