I have had the pleasure of representing individuals as a Family Law attorney for over 20 years in the Springfield Area. I can provide services in both English and Spanish. My approach to Family Law is family / Child-Centered. I am sensitive to all the issues that may affect you or your family and I have the experience to effectively advocate on your behalf.

I have developed a family law practice in the Probate Court representing individuals in divorces, modifications, child support, child custody, child support, and contempts.

I have regularly been appointed by the Court in State Intervention Case since 1999. These are cases where the Department of Children and Families has taken children away from their parents.  These cases are very difficult cases that result in the termination of parental rights.  I have advocated in hundreds of these cases. 

I served in the Military in the Judge Advocates office and Worked from 1992-1999. as a Social Worker for the Department of Social Services for 7 years where I provided direct services to my client in both English and Spanish.
