Lee Gilgan is an attorney an experienced advisor to corporate clients. Lee focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients with issuances of equity and debt securities, business formation, corporate governance, and other contractual matters.

Lee has practiced at some of the largest firms in Oregon, including Tonkon Torp LLP and Stoel Rives LLP. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Willamette University College of Law. Lee also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Willamette University.

In addition to his legal practice, Lee serves as a City Councilor for the City of Lafayette and is active with other civic and community organizations.
