Lee Schindler, a partner in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice, serves as corporate counsel to high growth technology and life science companies. Lee also represents the venture capitalists that invest in such companies.

Lee's practice background includes representing A123 Systems, Agios Pharmaceuticals and LogMeIn as private VC-backed companies, through their initial public offerings and as public companies after their IPOs.
