***UPDATE:***  Effective 6/20/2018, I am no longer accepting clients and I have contacted the Arkansas Supreme Court and asked them to change the status of my license to "INACTIVE," which they have now done.

***PREVIOUS 'ABOUT ME' SECTION:***   My primary expertise is in contract law, and I also practice in the areas of domestic relations (divorce, custody, guardianship), and defense of criminal charges and tickets/citations (felony, misdemeanor, and traffic). I have over 24 years of experience.  At this time I am accepting clients for all cases in the above areas of law, and I would be happy to visit with you about your case.

I am also a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, where I was a Sergeant and Team Leader in the combat engineers.
