Biography
Ms. Billings graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and went on to enroll in a dual program at Nova Southeastern University. During her postgraduate education, she worked full-time while attending the law school evening part-time program. She graduated with a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate.
Ms. Billings has been actively involved in her community throughout her career. She is a past-president of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association. She is also a member of Partners4Pace Broward. She works as the founder and managing director for Attorneys for H.O.P.E., a 501c3 providing pro bono legal services to first responders, law enforcement, veterans, and military service members. She is also the founding member and director of the Broward County Minority Outreach Foundation, a 501c3 providing education, training, and awareness for youth STEM education.
