My law practice has been primarily a litigation practice in both state and federal courts. Since 1994 I have also developed an alternative dispute resolution practice primarily as a mediator.  I have also served as an arbitrator, collaborative lawyer, special master and parent coordinator.

My mediation experience includes family matters, employment law, personal injury, contract law and statutory remedies.

I am listed in The Best  Lawyers in America in both mediation and family law mediation.  Best Lawyers named me the St. Louis Family Law Mediator for 2012  and 2014 and the St. Louis Mediator of the year for 2013 and 2015.  I am also selected to Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and have been named a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine each year since 1995.
