Leslie Parikh specializes in the areas of employment law, municipal law, civil rights litigation, and the representation of clients in both State and Federal Court.

Ms. Parikh’s practice includes all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including LAD, CEPA, Title VII, ADA, along with discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims. These cases typically involve a wide variety of issues including claims of general negligence, labor and employment law issues and matters alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. §1983.

Her labor and employment law experience also includes handling  unemployment matters, negotiations involving employment contracts and severance pay and assisting with the drafting of employee manuals, which are compliant with New Jersey state and U.S. federal regulations.
