Liane Wakayama is a litigator. Ms. Wakayama focuses her practice on general civil, commercial, business, real estate and trust litigation as well as estate planning, probate and guardianship. Over the years, Ms. Wakayama has represented prominent members of the State Bar of Nevada, thriving local businesses, professional fiduciaries, leading entrepreneurs, and many upstanding citizens of Las Vegas. She has consistently obtained favorable settlements for her clients in order to keep them out of the courtroom. If the need arises, however, Ms. Wakayama has successfully tried a number of cases involving multi-million dollar disputes, both in federal and state court.

Since her second year of practice, Ms. Wakayama has been repeatedly honored by her peers as one of the top 100 attorneys in Southern Nevada and has held the title of Nevada’s Legal Elite.

In 2003, Ms. Wakayama obtained her bachelor’s of science in managerial finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2008, Ms. Wakayama earned her juris doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Throughout her law school education, Ms. Wakayama was awarded numerous scholarships based on academic achievement as well as receiving the highest marks in a number of her studies.
