Linda S.S. de Beer is a family law attorney and the founder of de Beer & Associates, P.A. Located in Lake Elmo, her law firm serves individuals and families in Minneapolis, St. Paul and throughout the surrounding areas of Minnesota. Since 1992, she has been representing clients in family law matters, and she has particular skill in cases that involve complex tax and financial issues or closely held business interests.

In addition to overseeing her legal practice, Ms. de Beer has served as a financial early neutral evaluator, an ethics investigator for the Lawyers Board of Professional Responsibility, a board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, director of the Community Mediation Program and a Hennepin County Conciliation Court judge.

Ms. de Beer graduated with honors and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to earning her law degree, she graduated with honors from the Carlson School of Management. She has also received the Young Woman Business Owner award from the National Association of Women Business Owners.
