Linda Strauss received her Bachelors of Arts from Yeshiva University and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.  Ms. Strauss is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Strauss served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, and the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Ms. Strauss, initially trained in commercial and complex litigation, combines her litigation expertise with her commitment to helping clients reach a comprehensive, fair and cost-effective negotiated resolution in matrimonial matters.  Ms. Strauss has concentrated her practice in the areas of general litigation, including trial and appellate matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Strauss has extensive litigation experience within the trial and appellate levels of the Federal and State Courts.  Ms. Strauss has extensive experience with civil litigation, family law and estate planning and administration.
