Lindsay Ingham is an experienced neutral attorney investigator with a demonstrated history of thorough, impartial workplace investigations and campus investigations. I also serve as an impartial Title IX Hearing Officer. Lindsay is also trained in trauma-informed interviewing techniques, investigative report writing and hearing decisions.

University of San Francisco and McGeorge School of Law alum Lindsay Ingham and her partners, Carrie McFadden and Lauren Ohmart, launched McFadden, Ingham & Ohmart, LLP, a women-owned law firm that conducts impartial workplace and campus investigations throughout California. The firm moves away from the traditional law firm model and instead focuses on providing clients with a team of top-tier experts while allowing the partners to maintain flexible work schedules to create a better work-life balance.
