Biography

Though I handle a variety of legal matters, my practice is focused on representing people who have been seriously injured in accidents and other mishaps, as well as labor and employment matters and criminal law. I practice in both the state and federal courts of New York. I graduated, with distinction, from the University of Toronto in 2005 with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in political science and history. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo Law School in 2008 and earned the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

I am admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. I have argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division, New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I am a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

My husband and I live in the Village of Hamburg with our two sons and enjoy traveling.
