Biography

Lisa McLean is a board-certified criminal trial attorney and former Chief Assistant Statewide Prosecutor. As a criminal prosecutor, she handled both misdemeanor and felony cases.

When Lisa left the prosecutor’s office in 1993 she began practicing criminal defense and has spent the last 30 years in and out of the courtroom trying thousands of cases.

In addition to her trial experience, Lisa McLean is familiar with the State Attorney’s Office’s policies and procedures. This matters, because you want an attorney who knows how the other side works and who understands what information can benefit you or your case.
