Lisa is the owner of Fried-Grodin Employment Law LLC, a modern law firm for the evolving workplace. Workplace change is constant. Lisa started this law firm to provide employees and employers in New Jersey and New York with innovative solutions to today’s evolving workplace issues Her two decades of employment law experience and many years of training as a business journalist before she became a lawyer have served her well as she reviews and analyzes new laws, rules and issues at a rapid pace and come up with calm, thoughtful solutions for confused employees and employers. Prior to starting Fried-Grodin Employment Law, she was a partner at Meyers Fried-Grodin LLP, a firm she co-founded, and where she helped hundreds of clients for 11 years. Prior to co-founding Meyers Fried-Grodin, Lisa gained experience at a large law firm and at one of the largest labor and employment boutique firms in New Jersey.
