Biography
Lisa Schwind currently serves as a nurse / attorney, limiting her casework to the forensic aspects of criminal cases.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Delaware, College of Nursing, her Masters Degree in Nursing from Wesley College and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
In the last 24 years, Lisa has practiced all aspects of criminal defense including death penalty work. Her practice currently is concentrated exclusively on criminal cases which include forensic or medical issues. In the areas of forensics, forensic nursing, criminal law, and health care she has lectured nationally as well as in Canada, published, and serves on a variety of committees including the National Technical Working Group on Biological Evidence Preservation.
