In 2022, Mr. Noblin joined San Diego's premier criminal defense firm, the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. He currently represents individuals in every aspect of criminal proceedings, including felonies, misdemeanors, DUI's, federal charges, and juvenile cases.

Born in Long Beach, CA, Mr. Noblin has lived in Southern California his entire life. He is a diehard soccer fan, a published fiction author, and a former fighter in the Irish Athletic Boxing Association.
