I represent individuals and start-ups, often serving as outside general counsel to emerging companies in media, tech, social media, and entertainment. My clients primarily consist of independent and professional artists, performers, entertainers, influencers, athletes, IT entrepreneurs, designers, talent and management agencies, and TV/film/music production companies. I also help clients get business visas for their employees. My goal is to work with interesting, innovative, and environmentally-conscious companies whose end goal is to make the lives of people easier without sacrificing long-term health, sustainability, or profit. Ideally, I would love to service more women entrepreneurs and women-owned small businesses, especially those of color, but I welcome the opportunity to work along talented professionals (men and women alike!).
