Mr. Vocelle limits his practice to serious injury and death and litigation involving commercial, insurance and construction disputes. He is dedicated to representing victims who have suffered injury or death due to the negligence or wrongful acts of others. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and is a member of the elite Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell and listed in Superlawyers.

He also dedicates a large portion of his practice to representing individuals and business in commercial and construction related litigation. Mr. Vocelle has achieved Double Board Certifications by the Florida Bar as both a Civil Trial Specialist and a Business Trial Specialist.

He is an avid instrument rated private pilot and avid motorcyclist. He is married and has two children.
