I have been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since 1974.  I am in practice in the association of Rutherford & DeMarco, which consists of three other attorneys–all of whom are also my first cousins.  My grandfather and his brother started the association in 1890 and I practiced law with three of my uncles prior to their deaths.  My law office is located in the Germantown Historic District, which is between Downtown Nashville and Metro Center, and the address is 1312 Sixth Avenue North, Nashville, Tennessee 37208.
