Biography

I have an extensive international experience in the private practice as well as in the academia. I have worked with top international boutique law firms overseas where I was able to refine transnational and comparative skills. My practice focuses on structuring cross-border transactions with international tax consequences. In the last 15 years, I have also been appointed adjunct professor of law in several law schools in Europe and the US, teaching transnational law subjects like International Tax; International Arbitration; EU Law; Comparative Law; and Intro to US Law.
