Admitted to practice law in the states of Tennessee (2010) and Florida (2011), Luis currently focuses his law practice on defending insurance companies and their insureds in complex civil litigation cases throughout the State of Florida. He handles cases for clients from the initial case-referral phase of litigation to post verdict matters, including assisting in appellate proceedings. Luis has litigated cases against health care clinics engaged in staging automobile accidents and fraudulently billing insurance companies and has been successful in obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients. He has tried various bench trials and assisted as second-chair counsel in many jury trials.

Luis began his legal career working at a national defense firm focusing on product liability, premises liability, labor & employment, personal injury, and workers’ compensation defense. During this time, Luis regularly appeared in court during motion hearings, conducted depositions, and participated in bench and jury trials.
