Luis Andrew Penichet began his career at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office as a Prosecutor, specializing as a senior trial assistant district attorney in Rackets-Narcotics. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Penichet is a widely recognized criminal defense and matrimonial law attorney in White Plains, New York. Throughout his career, Mr. Penichet has handled literally thousands of matrimonial actions, and is an experienced trial attorney in both the criminal and matrimonial forums.
