Facing the IRS is never an easy thing for clients and presents many challenges. Luke represents various clients in both bankruptcy and tax matters before the IRS and the Idaho State Tax Commission. Luke is passionate about helping people navigate what is usually a very difficult time for them to ensure that they receive the best possible outcome. He is experienced in assisting both individual taxpayers and businesses get back into compliance with the IRS. Prior to founding Gordon, Delic & Associates, Luke worked as an associate at Martelle & Associates, focusing on tax and bankruptcy matters.

Luke loves spending time with his wife who teaches English in the West Ada School District. He also loves spending time with his 3 dogs: Sunny, Pancake & Poptart.
